Use this service to request a repeat prescription.
Prescriptions requested before 12pm will be ready after 5pm the same day.
Prescriptions requested after 12pm will be ready after 5pm the following day (except on Fridays, when the prescription will be ready after 5pm the following Monday or if the following day is a public holiday the prescription will be available for collection after 5pm the next working day immediately after the public holiday).
You can use this service if you:
- are registered at the surgery

We’ll ask you for:
- your first and last name, date of birth, sex, postcode, email and phone number
- if applicable, the details of the person you are completing the form on behalf of
